Staying Connected When the Unexpected Happens

Eiffel Tower, Paris, FranceTravel is usually a joyous affair. Filled with anticipation, we head off to explore and delight in this world of ours, knowing that staying connected has never been more important.

Unfortunately, the unexpected can happen while abroad, as we have all become too painfully aware of recently. We do not anticipate these things, or plan for them, and are left reeling when they happen.

Shock and confusion replaces anticipation and excitement.

It is in times like these that we most want to connect with those we love. To reach out, to offer support, and to be reassured.
